Things I Be Doin'

Oh hai there!  Long time no see.  So I am not so good at this blogging thing.  Especially with the lack of fun stuff going on here!  Since the last time I saw you dummies:

Val was made Sous Chef.  This is the current menu...three of the dishes I think are his....I know for sure the Cardoon dish and the veggie one are his.  I am super proud of hims and so excite.  The only downside to it is he works 12-15 hour days now and me and these guys are:

Not much going on on the wedding front.  Just trying to get some shiz together so we can send Save the Dates out by the end of the month!  We are running out of options as far as venues go and have our fingers trippleee-dipplee-crossed that we get Perry Estate.  I have been thinking about the ceremony a lot:

Been sick, homesick, lonely and all around kinda poo poo on tha choo choo.  I miss Austin and all of you dummies.  I miss being able to spread out and go outside and drive to Target.  Everything here is really crammed in and can feel a bit claustrophobic at times.  Poor me.  I know.  

I had such a fun time in Cald-a-rado and loved seeing 'ol Charlock graduate!!  It's such a fun and scary time.  I am real excite to see what she does as a "Big kid."  I am sure it will be amazeballs!  It was so nice to hang out with everyone and cook and lounge around.  All of you are are just the best.  

Well, I am going to get back to my putting around.  I have a big Saturday night planned:  Work out, clean and do my nails.  Big dinner of egg whites, dill havarti, an apple and my bff Justin's planned.  I may go crazy and have a glass of sherry.  Wooo!!!
